Casting Call: Engaged Couples!
The creators and producers of the The Biggest Loser are now casting for a new show, Shedding for the Wedding. They’re looking for outgoing, competitive couples who want to lose between 50-100 lbs each before they walk down the aisle.
They contacted MBFGW because they would love to find a same-sex couple for the show. The prize is a dream wedding for the winning couple.
If you’re interested in being on the show, email photos of both you and your fiance to shed2wedcasting@gmail.com along with a brief description of yourselves and how you envision your dream wedding (be creative!) Then you both need to fill out the online application, both you and your fiance must fill out individual applications. Good luck!

Comment (0)Google has announced they will begin grossing up the salaries of employees who incur the additional cost of domestic partnership benefits. If you’re like me, and have never heard the term ‘grossing up’, check out this explanation on the HRC Website.
Employees with these benefits pay approximately $1,000 more per year (each) in taxes than heterosexual married employees with the same coverage. While Google definitely deserves a lot of credit for being one of the first companies to not only acknowledge but compensate for this ridiculous disparity, major kudos should also go to the Google employee who brought it to the Executive’s attention.
Read more about it on the Official Google Blog.
