Ice Cream giant Ben & Jerry’s has renamed “Chubby Hubby” to “Hubby Hubby,” for the entire month of September to show their support of gay and lesbian marriages in their home state of Vermont.
Today is the first day that Vermont’s same-sex couples are allowed to marry under the new marriage equality law. Ben & Jerry’s is celebrating by driving a wedding themed truck around Vermont giving out free “Hubby Hubby.”

Today’s a big day for same-sex marriage in the US! First, Vermont became the fourth state to legalize gay marriage. Then, Washington DC voted to recognize same-sex marriages from other states.
Get with the program New York. Everybody’s doing it, even Iowa!
